RVSF stands for Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility. It is a government-approved agency authorized to inspect, de-fluidize, dismantle, and recycle end-of-life vehicles safely and issue legal Certificate of Deposit (COD) receipts.
Old vehicles generate heavy carbon emissions and hazardous leaks. Legally, commercial vehicles over 15 years old and passenger cars over 15 years old are subject to mandatory fitness testing. Scrapping clears all liabilities and earns you discount certificates for buying new cars.
Yes. Scrapping at local unauthorized yards is risky because they do not cancel the RC record on the Vahan portal. This leaves your chassis numbers open to duplicate registration, clone license plates, and criminal liabilities.
We scrap cars, SUVs, hatchbacks, two-wheelers, trucks, tourist buses, delivery vans, cargo trailers, and all types of heavy structural steel chassis.
Yes. As an authorized RVSF facility, we can request NOCs and file deregistration credentials for vehicles from different states across the Vahan server.
2. Legal & Documents
You need the original RC (Registration Certificate), self-attested identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN), a security declaration affidavit, and a cancelled cheque for payouts.
We cut the physical chassis plate and engrave marks from the vehicle. We then present this chassis piece, the license plates, and the original RC to the respective RTO alongside the RVSF scrap certificate, requesting official cancellation.
It is an official receipt issued electronically on the Vahan system confirming the vehicle has been legally scrapped. You can use it to get ex-showroom discounts, road tax rebates, and registration fee waivers on your next vehicle.
Yes. You must provide the original RC, death certificate, NOC from other legal heirs, and your own identity credentials alongside standard documents.
If lost, you must submit a police FIR report, a non-traceable certificate from the police department, and a Vahan portal extract copy alongside standard ID proofs.
3. Pricing & Payouts
Price calculation is based on actual metal weight (steel and iron content), tire alloys, plastic density, battery type, and working components like engines, catalysts, or doors.
No, pickup and flatbed towing services are completely free of charge. There are no hidden deductions from your scrap payout.
We process payouts instantly. The money is transferred to your bank account via UPI or IMPS as soon as the vehicle is loaded onto the tow truck.
If you remove parts like tires, battery, or music system, it will decrease the estimated scrap payout value. Let us know beforehand so we can adjust the quote.
Scrap payments are direct capital commodity sales. Consult a financial advisor for specific tax implications.
4. Process & Pickup
Initial evaluation and towing take 24–48 hours. After physical scrapping, the online deregistration update and Certificate of Deposit (COD) generation take 3–7 business days.
We drain toxic fluids (gas, oil, coolants), dismantle reusable plastics and glasses, cut out the chassis plates for RTO verification, and shred the remaining steel structure.
Yes, it is legally required to avoid theft, road accidents involving scrap vehicles, and registration plate clones.
Yes. We scrap burned, rusted, and accidental cars. If the chassis plate is damaged, we request police NOC verifications.
Once uploaded, the Certificate of Deposit (COD) is verifiable on the official Vahan portal using your vehicle details.
