To comply with the MoRTH regulations and prevent identity theft, the following documents are mandatory:

  • Original Registration Certificate (RC)

    Original smartcard RC or paper book copy.

  • Owner Identity Card (Aadhaar / PAN)

    Copy of vehicle owner's identity card.

  • Authorized Scrapping Affidavit

    Self-declaration form stating no active bank loans/hypothecation remains.

  • Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook

    Required for instant digital bank payouts.
